cant change an existing one you would need to make a new profile. at the XMB scroll all the way to the left and go to add ne user or something to that effect, then you need to make a new PSN under that loginPLAYSTATION NETWORK NAME?
no. sony offers a free network. everything is free unless u but a download or something. but mostly everything is free and no u can not hange ur account name once it has been made. make a new one if you don't like it
