I am trying to install a wireless printer on my Mac and Airport . Since the Airport router does not have an auto install I am doing it manually. The instruction say I need to %26quot;To communicate with the un-configured wireless printer, temporarily change the wireless settings on your computer to match the printers default settings%26quot;. So far, I can't figure out how to do that. I went into system setting, then network but did not see any option that seemed right from there. I need to change:
Communications mode: to Ad-hoc
Channel to 11
Network name (SSID)* to SETUP
Encryption mode to NONE
FYI, my operating system is OS X 10.5.8How do I change my computers wireless setting on a Mac?
