Ok I have lost my pass phrase and my network key, I have tried the reset button on the back of the router (it's a linksys), and I have even disconnected the power to it and reset it again, but it still has the same network name and key. To reset your router to its default you must press the reset button that is recessed in a tiny hole. You can do this by inserting the tip of a straightened paper clip or similar. Leave the power connected when you press and hold the reset. Good luck.

if you made a user name and password yourself then I dunno what your gonna do. If it's the default access to the router then eigther user or the password, only one or the other is %26quot;admin%26quot; without the quotes.
