If it's the name of the PC right click on %26quot;My Computer%26quot;, select %26quot;Properties%26quot;, click on the %26quot;Computer Name%26quot; tab and then click the %26quot;Change...%26quot; button. Enter the new name, click OK and then reboot. However, you mention networks - is it possibly the name of your wireless network? If so you need to connect to your router and update. Perhaps you can confirm.
