How do you get rid of a phantom shared computer?

I noticed on my Finder that I had an unknown shared computer connected to my home wireless network . The network was protected by a WEP password ,so how could another computer connect ? I restarted the airport ,changed the network name and changed the password . The shared computer had disconnected but connected again a day later,what should I do?How do you get rid of a phantom shared computer?
i would say reformat your network and change it from a wep to a wep2 if you have that capability. if you don't take your internet off wireless and hook your computer up with a cord instead of wireless.How do you get rid of a phantom shared computer?
