How to get rid of older unused network connections?

i've reconfigured my home network several times, changed network names, added and removed hardware. my pc stores the previous network conn. profiles and i think i'm up to connection 5 now. how do i remove the obsolete profiles? How to get rid of older unused network connections?
No I dont think it does(keep old local area connection profile, I mean), though is does like to give them each a unique name, and its not very creative, which is why you're current and only, network connect is named %26quot;local area connect 5%26quot;. You can rename it say to remove the %26quot; 5%26quot;.

Just don't call it %26quot;Steve%26quot;!!!! (Yes that's an example from experience, it creates confusion for telephone/internet tech support if you ever need it)How to get rid of older unused network connections?
Go to control panel then network connections . Select the conneciton you dont need and then simple press deleteHow to get rid of older unused network connections?
If you're using Windows xp, just go to my network connections, and delete the connections that don't do anything, (shift+delete). If that gets rid of all the system files, I dunno. If you know what you're doing, you might want to try manually deleting them, but only if you really know what you're doing. How to get rid of older unused network connections?
