Peer-to-peer or Server-based? If it is Peer-to-peer - Right Click on My Computer, click on Computer Name tab, change Computer Name or Domain, give a name for Workgroup. Of course, you will have to do it on all the systems.
You can also run the Network Setup Wizard in the Control Panel.
