I have a d-link dir615 wireless router. I have set up my network with a WPA password. My problem is that ever since the first time I installed it which was not long ago, the wireless connection to my laptop will work for about two days but then it will not work, it says %26quot;Limited or no Connectivity%26quot;; and the reason it gives me is that %26quot;the network did not assign an address to the computer%26quot; resulting in not allowing me to connect at all to the computer. The way I fix it is by always changing the network name, but I am tired of doing that, how can I fix the problem. I never had this problem with my old router.Whats wrong with my network connection?

Quick FIX:
This may not be the best fix. But you can set you network adapter to have a static IP that coheres with your current DHCP scope.
Or
Create a DHCP reservation so that the DHCP server (router) will always hand your computer the same IP.

I got the same setup. Sometimes after booting up, it shows connected but no throughput. I fix it by right clicking on the wireless connection and resetting the connection. This forces the driver to disconnect and reconnect and ask for an ip address. Kind of like warm booting the connection without restarting the laptop. If you say the network didn't assign your computer an ip address then it is the DHCP servers fault. When that happens go to start%26gt;run%26gt; type cmd press enter and then type ipconfig/release and then afterwards ipconfig/renew
This will try and contact your DHCP server and try and get a new ip address.
